@Meddler, any thoughts on Mordekaiser? Current state, item reliance, etc?

Been a while since Mordekaiser was in the patch notes (besides that AI fix that broke most of his clones :I)

So what's Riot's thoughts on Mordekaiser as of late? He does need to build a ton of items until he actually feels like a Juggernaut (base stats be damned) and he's way too reliant on Rylais?

Is he getting any work? Maybe preseason?

He's going to need help/ a rework when they inevitably gut Rylai's this preseason

Im expecting from previous experience that they will gut the items he relies on and leave him in the Gutter. Cause riot doesn't care about Morde. Id throw my wallet at them For a Raid Boss Morde skin or some MS.

Vladimir, Morde and Co are being kept weak cause they're "unhealthy", "oppressive" and unfun to face

Let's be honest, nobody wants Mages to build Rylais 24/7
