in either case if u have that score you are a burden to ur team and diserve to lose

32 DEATHS? hello, but if that game wasnt atleast 2 hours long that dude was intentionally feeding and deserves a ban. thats not being a burden, thats being set on losing the game.
That other score looks more like a supporter with a bad game, nothing more.

actually the first score is much much worse than the second. yes, both are feeding, but one has fed 4x more than the other and has less kill participation over all. at least the 2nd is actually doing something besides dying.
In either case, split pushing isn't a bad idea. You're not giving much gold for a death and by doing so, their team has to use resources to stop you or else you're just going to push into their base.
32 deaths is intentional feeding unless it is an 1 hour+ game. The 8 death guy could still be useful
