Did Riot miss big opportunities by removing Nexus Blitz??

I felt that the random events would’ve been amazing to tie into holidays or major events/skin line launches.

For example maybe for the lunar revel we can have the blood moon mode come back as a random event.

For Halloween we could have vilemaw randomly spawn after killing Shelly granting the TT vilemaw buff.

For Christmas we could have a random snowdown event (NOT SNOWBALL LMAO) that would encourage you to play with a snowdown skin for bonus Christmassy effects.

Maybe for Independence Day we could have the pirates take over “nexus blitz” and bring back their illegal items through black marker brawlers.

for skin events like the Star Guardians maybe we can have an Alien Invasion event where both sides declare a temporary truce to fight aliens coming from all the edges of the map. The team who kills the most aliens gets to summon an alien Shelly to help them push. (And if you have a star guardian skin on then you’ll do extra bonus damage or some shit lol)

AND you can tie all these events through weird, fun event missions and event passes.

But I guess the league community is too focused on climbing up this stupid unbalanced ass ranked ladder. And for what?

i mean everything they said about nexus blitz is as much as a lie as them saying they put work into TT but still it didnt catch on. gamemode had 3 patches in 10 years. and still it had a fan base. not many but they existed. literally they wouldnt have to patch nexus blitz at all and people would love it. but you know its riot.

rotating gamemodes giving the most positive feedback ever? REMOVE THEM!

people loving nexus blitz? HA ITS GONE NOW LOSERS!

people want back odyssey and star guardian pve events? AHAHAHAHA

'lets give out event missions that will inflate the playrate of the mode then when people are finished with them and burnt out for a bit we'll use the drop in play as an excuse to stop bug fixing and scrap the mode' -riot probably

YESSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!! I WANT HUNT OF THE BLOOD MOON TO COME BACK AS A REGULAR EVENT WITH THE BLOOD MOON SKINS!!! HOLY SHIT, YOU DONT EVEN KNOW HOW MUCH I WANT THAT GAME MODE BACK! I started playing league in 2017 and all I would play was Sona, Xayah, Janna & Soraka. Hunt of the Blood Moon pushed me to try out assassins like Ahri, Kennen, Diana, Katarina, Old Akali and old Evelynn. I really hope Riot brings back Hunt of the Blood Moon as well as Nexus Blitz. They were such enjoyable game modes I can't bear to think that the times that I did play them were the last. [sg-janna]
