Evelynn: Is it just her jungle sustain - or was her rework flawed?

Coming to think of it - it's definitely the 2nd for me. Her rework suddenly made her a tank-assassin, a concept doomed to fail.

I fell like number fixes won't change the core of the problem we're facing here. If you ask me I'ld nominate her to be the first champion with 2 reworks.

First with two rework?

Hah!

Have you met my good buddy Taric?

Honestly at this point Riot should just go back to the OLD Eve kit, remove the stealth from her W 'n make it a melee range damageless Charm, make her Innate count against Monster damage, and then stick a few seconds of stealth on her Ult active. She would be way easier to balance and a hell of a lot more fun.

I think her rework was all right, but the constant nerfs being applied to her broke the rework itself.

Lowering of her base damage, her early game AD/AP ratios on Q, and then changing her ravage from magical to physical screwed up the reworks intended aim. The purpose of her ult was to be different, be a bit of a nuke but give her survivability to escape after assassinating someone, but she can't assassinate anyone after all the nerfs.

If anything, they should undo some of the nerfs to her early game damage, revert ravage's damage type, and then change her ultimate itself. As it is, she is far too squishy, does too little damage, and has far too little utility to be considered tanky or an assassin worthy of use.

Eve should be a Assassin with a life drain and stealth. Her lore basicaly holds up a large sign that says "I am a Assassin who is also a vampire". Yet her kit does not really have this feeling.

Q is a short range line of magic spikes W is a Ms boost E is a melee move where she does 2 hits then gets a large As boost R is a Aoe that slows, and gives her a shield

Nothing in this kit says assassin vampire to me.

EDIT: her old lore did anyway......

I seem to remember Kayle and Jax both having had two reworks at this point.
