yeah.. it is... i mean i havent taken her into a match vs player yet ( due to packet loss issues and haste.net not supporting VPN to pbe). and from the testing i have done it certainly looks like she is goign to get a nice power increase AFTER around lvl 6 when she gets some AP.

i have tested and celerity seems to be MUCH better than absolute focus because your passive which gives you + 30% movement speed toward hunted champsions.. and speed in bush (although sadly they are on the same row so we cant use both)
that lets you get up to 18 ap at times..
but it still hurts VERY badly.
i do belive her burst damage is going to significantly go up.. its just her first clear that i am very worried about
