I think Tibbers should benefit from attack speed. Not AD, just speed.
I have no reason; it would just be funny to watch him smack people quickly.
EDIT: Yes, this is in response to Darkmane's last video. Though I'm disappointed he used Jotaro when THIS is the change needed to make that possible, and MAGICIAN'S RED exists. Good grief. RIP Avdol.

ADC Annie, max E for a mini Thornmail for dueling, use stun so you can let out a bunch of auto-attacks, and when you summon Tibbers he functions like a second source of DPS.

They will rework her soon anyway and they have reworked other champions that were just as old as she is.

I believe Riot mentioned somewhat recently that they don't want a champion where the majority of their impact comes from a pet because it makes it too difficult to know what you should be trying to focus down - Azir has untargetable soldiers so that you don't have to make a difficult/context-specific choice on whether to kill him or his DPS machines.
Annie fighting through Tibbers would be exactly what they didn't want to do with Azir.
