Is anyone really satisfied with the Cassiopea rework?

I'm mean, can anyone truly say, "Good job riot, you created a great rework" or is everyone more like, "she looks interesting".

I'm sure I'm not the only one that was excited about her grounded effect, but when I actually played it, I realized it was near useless. I can honestly say after several test, even Taliyah the new champ, works better against mobile champs and has more reliable CC.

So, why should I pick Cass? After the rework I thought her grounded CC would be the reason, but with Taliyah release, I'm no longer interested in Cass.

Overall it looks like they had the right ideas for Cass, but her mechanics went from bad to horrible. This is Cass 3rd rework and it leave much to be desired.

I just feel bad for Cass mains cause I played her before the rework and enjoyed her, but after the rework, I'm no longer interested in this champ.

Yeah the W still does seem to be weaker than her previous. The slow is just so little and decays so fast and doesn't leave the enemies poisoned and slowed. They can easily just walk out of the zone and continue to jump. Even after Rylai's they can just walk out before I get in range for a Q. The dmg of E is still lower in lategame. Only Q dmg is a little bit higher but that doesn't make up for the worse ap scale and the missing ap on her passive.

E is pretty easy to use now but I don't know if i wanted to play a easier hero after i got well used to her previous E.

I personally liked the old mechanics/kit (either of previous iterations) better. The league community didn't like her Twin Fang, which I thought was silly, since she pretty much plays like an ADC and you are pretty much doing the exact same thing with the same finger on the opposite hand. I think the old MIasma mechanics (growling cloud/circle of poison with persistent poison) still suits her kit better (being able to have more poison to combo with TF and also lower CD). It's sad to me that players are too lazy to learn her difficult playstyle, but no one complains about other high skill champs (Draven, Lee, Azir, etc). Riot could have just shifted the base/ap ratio damage towards Q and W away from E.

However, she played a lot better today after the patch 6.10.

Maybe someday we'll get the old Cass back. :/

I can't really tell what the Cassio players want. It seems like there are different crowds of them who want different things from her.

If you try to please them all, Cassio would end up being an AoE zone control burst DoT poke mage assassin or something.

The problem isn't what players want, it's that some of these changes (primarily Miasma) make absolutely no sense and are majorly useless. It's like whoever designed it doesn't even play the game.
