If any champ picks have been made, and a dodge happens, don't match me with the remaining 8 players.

That remake after a dodge is very unfair sometimes because the enemy knows what the opponents probably want to play from the previous pick/bans. This makes targeting bans and stealing picks super easy for what is meant to be a "blind" match up. Blind meaning that you do not know your opponents until the game starts. Not blind as in Blind Queue. I just hate having gotten my #1 choice, only to have the game dodged and it first pick banned when I get into the next champ select. While it is easiest to reconnect with the other non-dodging members, it is not always a fair game since one side or both may know what the other team wants to play. So by matching with all new people, save maybe the players who were on your team before the dodge, this entire thing is prevented.

Or realize it's blind pick and it's irrelevant.

It is not blind pick, it is draft

While I agree, it's probably a subtle taste of what tournament matches against known teams/players (who could be looked up in advance to know their mains) are like, so it's probably not the worst thing to adjust to, at least in normal draft.

Still frustrating though, particularly for one tricks.
