I was playing Malphite and I almost lost lane because I was too FAT

First, I had to miss a couple of CS because I couldn't reach them, despite being right in front of me. Then I almost lost several trades because I couldn't walk backward so I had to stand there and take free poke from the enemy. Everytime I went in for a trade I couldn't escape. It was like my minions were working against me.

This happened so manyl times during the laning phase that it cost me my flash and wasted all my potions.

I didn't die, but it felt pretty silly.

Dont worry as long as riots precious mages dont have to worry about creep block, nothing is going to change.

Until you realize mages also have to face creep block, and only very few champions have the op ability to walk threw minions and not get blocked.

Hardly the same type of creep block melees have to go through. Every single time we cs, we have to expose ourselves to poke and walk through the minion wave. And if you're one of the unfortunate melees who only have 125 range you cant even hit from behind your own melees.

Or minion aggro.

So often when playing melee champions do the enemy ranged minions aggro me for absolutely no reason at all. Like an allied melee minion dies while there are still 3 ranged minions in front of me but the enemy casters decide I'm the priority cuz I'm not playing a ranged champion.

Those little 18 damage ticks add up.

The pathing in this game and related creep block are my 2 favorite "features" in this game, only slightly ahead of nearsight as far as being fun and interactive mechanics.

One thing that actually happens really often is where one of the melee minions gets creep blocked by the other two melee minions. It's really noticable on the very first wave when they dont line up perfectly, it can mess up the lane sometimes.

R%%%%%ed riot games tinkered with the minion block needlessly some years ago, they messed up big time and then they left it in the current state saying "we can't fix it".

Dumb af.
