Hotfixes nerf singed after 1 day because "hes too strong" for being at 54% win rate, meanwhile anivia at 55% for months.
Further says they are NOT going to nerf ori and syndra and instead are going to buff other mages to their level.
Their balance team must be made of support and mages mains, the bias is real.
