Vekkna1 votesThey're nerfing her early W CD to force a choice between healing and poke during laning. The base damage on her Q is insanely high if you rank it first, and it has an extremely short CD and low cost.
Soraka will still pump out the healing unless she'd rather drop bombs for 230+ damage every 4-5 seconds. She just can't do both anymore.
