I think you are right in thinking that ADCs are strong currently and I'm sorry you've had some rough games with them (clearly, I can tell you're a little more than upset in reading this post). You're points are correct and I agree with you.
Where I disagree is your bullet points. They are squishy. Those are optional items you can build and effectively make them less squishy, but they will still die if they take enough damage fast enough. Every champ is vulnerable to CC, and that's a totally fine counter to ADCs. You (as a team, not an individual - not trying to call you out) need to recognize that "Hey, they're ADC is the priority. Fuck attacking the tank, fuck attacking the Support (unless it's Soraka) and kill that ADC and win the team fight." Looking at your recent matches on opgg I see you're a mid laner. You need to coordinate with your ADC and your CC (whether it's top lane or support) and shut down that enemy ADC. You say their early game isn't weak. As a mid laner have you ever coordinated with your jungler to go and gank bottom, kill the ADC and then take that first tower at like 8minutes? It's a very easy roam, you should be 6+ and have a time. If you roam with your jungler and your enemy laner doesn't even if their jungle shows up that's still a 4v3 with you having the advantage. Greivous wounds isn't meant to be an "anti-ADC" stat. It's meant to slow the effects of healing. ADCs build lifesteal so I understand why the connection was drawn but it's not something where "oh just buy GW and you're all set".
The best thing I can say is two things. A. You play squishy champs in the mid lane. You are effectively as squishy as ADCs with less healing but many mid mages have a shield or CC of their own they can use, so that's where you even out in your squishiness. You shouldn't be fighting an ADC alone because you don't know if you put out that damage to kill them while they're cranking out their max damage on you and you don't have your safety net of supporting CC around you. B. League of Legends is a team game. I'm not saying you don't do these things, but you have to keep in mind every match you play you can do something about the outcome and you have two options just like in a sport. You can be reactive and wait for things to happen and then act based on what you see, or you can be proactive and make things happen. If you want to shut down an ADC, get your jungler to gank bot with you while the enemy ADC is pushed up. Ping your team, ping neutral objectives, you make the plays for your team. Become the carry. You have to be so good at what you're doing, that even if they place you with unranked players who just know the very absolute basics of the game, you can carry them to victory.
Hope this helps alleviate some of the stress and frustration. I know it's a pain. Stay strong, be proactive, and good luck with your games <3
