So she is able to have not only a cancerous lane presence due to being ranged, and having a blind, but she can also get to lane fast, thus not needing TP, and also can gank more often and faster than a rammus. Interesting.

Dude Quinn's ulti basically isn't even an ulti..it's just free strong mobi boots, gated by being level 6+.

How does she has no lvl 6 power spike? Her ult does damage if you don't know. She can easily gank and snowball other lanes and stuff. She doesn't need a huge powerspike when she can put pretty much all melee top laners extremely behind in lane

And plenty of other champions can gank other lanes and get them ahead. As for the range thing: still, what is the inherent problem with her being ranged? plenty of other champions have range and go top lane, Jayce for example. In fact, Jayce has better poke, as well as just as much disengage as Quinn

The fact is she is one of the shortest marksman with 525 range, and the only thing she brings to the table is the fact that she can proc her passive a lot if she can correctly do it. Other than that her ult is a utility to allow her to be where she needs to be asap.
Objective control, choke point pinches, ganks, counterganks are all acceptable... but stuff.... And why does it matter, towers are so crap that the second she roams your tower is almost dead, so why complain?
