What keystone are all you CotC users flocking to instead? As a top main I'm thinking Fervor or TLD myself.

They swung too hard. The CD, the duration, the power of the shield? It's all too much. They did the same thing with Grasp - which is even more useless. There's 0 point in going full Resolve anymore. I bet you're not going Resolve either.

Plus 12/18/0 offers more to most champs than 18/12/0.

I'm split between "the nerf really isn't that terrible, and even becomes a buff when diving into 4 or 5 person teams", and mocking riot's original statement of "I know we're going kind of extreme, and intend to pull back", and then them never pulling the numbers back. It's genuinely hard right now.

The problem is the champions that actually want to dive in against 4 or 5 person teams like Amumu Sejuani Malphite already have 2 seconds of CC. A 3 second shield is useless during that time.
