Team builder matchmaking horrible players?

I tried to hold myself back from making this post; but, in the end, I gave in because it was driving me crazy. It seems that, most of the time, when I use team builder, I get matched with horrible team mates. If you don't believe me, look at my match history. I have games where my team mates die 10+ times. I know how to not lose horribly in lane and how to avoid bad situations. It seems I get matched with players who don't.

I don't mind losing a game if it was a more graceful defeat; however, there's nothing honorable about losing a game where my team has a total score of 18 and the enemy team has a total score of 48.

Please, Riot, enlighten me... Why??
