Assuming Jhin's passive isn't locked to a single target, Runaan's Hurricane seems like his core item

According to the wiki, Jhin's passive gives him 1 AD per 1% AS and 1 AD per 1% Crit Chance

That means that Hurricane gives him +70 AD and 5% MS on top of making his passive proc much faster

ofc his passive could be locked to only proccing when hitting a target with your primary autoattack and not proc with the Bolts, and if that's the case that means you never want to buy Hurricane

they apply on hit effects... of which his passive is one... so this item is gonna hurt. Perhaps the nerf earlier was in prep for this kinda like the adc jungle items nerfs in prep of kindred

The 4th attack yes should be able to critically strike and deal 15% of his missing health to all 3 targets hit mind you each of the secondary bolts are only going to deal 25% of the damage. I'd still rather use that item on kalista for the spears or give me my old Kayle back with it!

Hurricane does not proc the 4th shot passive, just tested it wondering myself

You can see both creeps are hit with the four shot and the critical bonus is applied to both.

I have been looking all over and can't seem to find the answer to some questions about runaans hurricane, crit damage runes, and jhin. I know jhin with hurrican doesn't make the 4th shot appear any faster, but makes it so you get a higher dps (4 aa's, 8 bolts) per reload, and the 4th aa's bolts do crit and give the % damage. My question is (this would be purely for fun) if I.E. and crit damage runes increase the the crit damage that hurricanes bolts do. Further more, hurricanes bolts deal 15(+25% ad). Is that base ad or total ad? End game jhin can reach 800-1000 ad depending on items and dragons, so if you reach 1k ad, then could the bolts be dealing 250 a peice, with criting at roughly 500? If so that an extra 1k it can provide in a team fight, and with lifesteal that can heal you to full in 1-2 aa's. Any ideas or number crunchers who know the math to find out what the actual numbers would be? Does jhins passive crit dealing less than normal damage also extend to hurricanes crits? Any info would be awesome. Thanks!

P.S. For jhin players, go with deathfire touch, because the DoT damage scales with total ad, so end game the damage is sick. That one I know works. Lol also crit damage runes DO increase the damage of jhins 4th shot of his ult.
