"Just get better"

Thanks. You really opened my eyes to how to play the game. Thank you for this grand epiphany i just had. You are truly a great teacher. /sarcasm off Really, if you are going to tell me to get better at least tell me how. This goes for anything, league, dark souls (god i hate these games), and even real life in cases. Be a good human and tell me how to improve not just to improve.

Dark Souls? It should be common sense. Someone shouldn't tell you how to get better, you as a person should already know how you can improve. Are you still 3 years old? Does daddy still need to baby you? Because this is what you seem to be.

But I'll take the bait.

Dark Souls logic can be applied to League. It's as simple as learning from what you did wrong. It's as simple as having "patience" which many do not have, and correct timing. Also prediction is a huge role, and for League, It's a chess match guessing what the other guy will do before hand, guessing where the jungler might be, knowing when to push the lane and not to overly push the lane cause patience should be crystal clear when you got a jungler who will eventually come and help.

The thing I've always hated in league, especially when I jungle is when someone dies needlessly. Dying in general ticks me off, but here's the thing. Usually all match ups go like this, we will use top lane just for the example and point. In a 1v1 top lane scenario, typically most almost all players never call for their jungler to help finish off their enemy. Granted it applies for other lanes but lets just focus top lane. So basically when you got him at 20, 30, and 40% HP, normally you guys have what I call "the death all in engage" where one of you will die. Then all of a sudden "can I get a gank?" I find it pretty fucking stupid honestly. You should have your jungler gank him when he is low always, instead of risking the loss in the 1v1 battle. Most people don't do this at all. So selfishly they want the kill, they are willing to die for it. This does not help the jungler, instead this puts your lane opponent even further ahead, and even 2 levels ahead of your jungler.

What's even more dumbfounded is when they don't even ask for a gank even after the first death from the needless 1v1 fight, instead they teleport back to lane and attempt the same exact thing. Granted you can probably get the kill, you may have misplayed the first fight, I've seen the tables turn back into the favor of my teammate, but more often than not, it wasn't a misplay, it was a mismatch and runes probably played the factor along with masteries. Now after you die once, typically the other person recalls and gets another item which gives them a slightly bigger advantage. In pro play, this is a gigantic huge advantage cause they know how to use that extra item, and are good enough to make it work.

So just call for the jungler before the first death fight.

Also, I hate when people don't ward their lanes, and ignore all the warnings from the pings being sent. I see this all the time.

"Does daddy still need to baby you?" No i think you missed the point of this. If you claim to be some huge master at the game (like my friend claims to be) tell me how to improve at a game that I know little about. I could learn over time, just as anyone could, but it would take a lot more time and effort than what is really needed. Considering the game has a basic tutorial and my friend started throwing strategy names at me without explaining the strategy it got very annoying.

With what you are saying about league of legends i totally agree. Ive been learning from my mistakes a lot more lately and enjoying the game more, even with the sometimes questionable season changes. An example would be dungeon of the endless where i didnt get past the second level (its an RTS roguelike) because i didnt know how to play but I went, ate breakfast, and thought about what i did wrong. The next playthrough landed me on level 5 (considerably better).

Not to mention i totally feel you on the warding/listening to pings ect. I instantly stop pushing the wave and try to freeze it if i can when i run out of wards. I also really hate people (seriously on the enemy team i saw a riven go 0/6 to our Riven, She kept dying under OUR TOWER) who keep throwing themselves into bad fights in hope of a good play outcome. If you misplayed it the first time, you better not risk the second time unless you KNOW you an win.

P.S. I always sort of honor junglers. Its a hard role i eventually quit. Even if the laner completely fucks up they can blame it on the jungler if they really want. doesn't help that my jungle main, trundle, got FOTM and no longer was fun for me.

1 Learn every single champions ability, to the point your familiar with when they power spike off exp

2 Learn every item in the game, thus a quick tab press gives you info on how strong some one is.

3 Last hit unless your support, additionally know how to manipulate lane, when to shove when to freeze it, how to cs when behind.

4 Dont repeat the same mistakes in game, tower dove Chogath got destroyed? dont try and do it 3 more times expecting that some how your gonna out play him.

5 treat teammates respectfully, try to keep folks off tilt, worst case get them to mute echother to avoid a throw. Ask permissions before offering advice on builds and playstyles, most folks get frustrated on deaths and thats gets worse with a back seat player.

6 map awareness, if you blame a lane every time you die to roam then stands to reason you have room to improve. (still guilty of this myself btw)

7 On a loss, go look over the graphs, on a win go look over the graphs.

8 get basic mechanics down like orb walking, animation canceling, avoiding unneeded damage.

Thanks for actually telling me how to play and not downvoting and telling me to kms or something. (Maybe you did downvoted but idk) Orb walking? Is that a syndra mechanic? Just kidding. Thanks though for giving me tips. I feel like people in league are too angry at each other and can't help each other learn to play.

Np, biggest issue with some folks i know that are in bronze is they refuse to make any effort to get better, The teammates are the issue 100% of the time in almost every game according to them, It irks me to see this attitude.
