Muramana does not work with Kindred?

Hi Guys

I recently tested muramana on kindred and realize none of her abilities proc the on hit of muramana. Her Q should proc it as it is just like Ahri E, except Ahri E does proc it. I also thought for sure kindred E would proc it on cast as it is a single target ability, but nothing happened. I'm not surprised it did not work with kindred W as it looks like a single target ability, but could also be a damage over time skill.

So does anyone knows why it does not work with kindred Q and E?
