With the new ADC changes Soraka is free ELO bot

I just don't have enough damage to damage her or the ADC. Unless she plays like a dumb ass vs a brand or something the game is lost. It takes to much to have decent damage to do something and by that you have half farm and obliged to waste 800g on an item. On top of that, she's an incredible poker and has 0 mana cost and the health cost can easily be overcome by mere potions.

Shields are nerfed, heals aren't for some reason.

The ADC changes are welcomed overall but not properly balancing the whole game on this even after a patch makes me want to quit altogether. It's hell in the bot lane atm

In an ADC lane, for sure. Played against one today and it HURT.

Not too sure how she fares against the bruisers and other new botlane champs though

I was taking your post seriously until it got to the part where you said "not proper balancing makes me want to quit" really gives off a whiner impression.

It's clear that the last few patches were not balancing patches but gameplay patches to fix the bandaids players hate.

As for Soraka, she might be a good support for traditional ADC babysitting. The old bot lane rules apply to her - she's weak to all in. So I really wonder how she fares versus some high kill potential lanes down there. None of this matters if you play poorly though.

She isn't weak to all in. All you have to do is silence snare yourself and the enemy gets punished.

Also she peels hard. If you are getting all in'd there is two problems:

Team isn't acting as a team.
You are failing to play her properly and aggressively in that instance.

What are you talking about all in. That silence snare is golden. Also you literary don't have enough damage to surpass her heal until after 2 main items with almost any champion
