Can we agree the movement speed buff on Rejuvenation is too much?

Ever since 6.5 launched, Soraka has been banned much more frequently than usual. It is so rare for me to ever be able to pick her, and I was really hoping these changes would give me a chance to main and play her again. Soraka's laning got hit, yes, but it also got buffs in other areas too. Starcall now constantly has a slow, which is great and neat, because Soraka had little to provide outside of healing before unless she hit the sweet spot on Starcall, or had a team to follow up on Equinox.

Rejuvenation is neat too. Health over 4 seconds for Soraka, 3-5 for allies. But the movement speed, I feel, is a bit too much. When enemies are slowed, Soraka and whoever she chooses, are sped up. I feel this, in turn, is a horrible feeling for Soraka's enemies. They're already slowed, and then she and her allies are sped up when running away from their already slowed selves. Soraka should be vulnerable; she needs to be vulnerable for being the dedicated healer. Riot wanted Soraka to be more interactive and engaging, but Rejuvenation contradicts that idea immensely. Slow enemies, get health back, and run away quickly, giving them a hard time to catch up.

Why not scrap the movement speed buff, and replace it with the original idea of mana? It's unique, and was once core to Soraka's kit and her old mains.

Agreed.

They nerfed her healing but way overbuffed her utility.

And guess what? The nerf on the healing wasn't even that bad if you consider how much more health she or her allies get from the health regen that for some random reason has an ap scaling. IMO, soraka has a horrible ability design that is toxic to gameplay.

Patch 6.5, the patch where riot was so clueless as to what they were doing with Soraka that they actually managed to give her unintended buffs.
