Seriously her damage needs to go way down.

That's not very constructive. She is a pain in the ass, largely because you can't grab item 1033 at start anymore, and you can't trade with her at all. She's in then out. You can't even CC her reliably to punish her for diving, because your CC doesn't last 4 seconds, which is how long her return pad lasts.

She still takes a turret hit for diving.

Her early damage isn't super good. Katarina > Leblanc from a pure laning point of view.

It's not necessarily her level 2 that makes her OP. It's the fact that you can't trade with her unless you have some sort of target CC, which is laughable right now in the mid lane, because all she will do is dash it and instantly go back while still getting her damage off. The last thing that makes her OP is the fact that her ult is on like a 25 second CD I think, which essentially allows her to escape anything, and yes, I mean anything because all she has to do is dash out twice and the gap is closed largely enough. If you manage to close that gap somehow, she'll just go back to her other mark and the gap will be there all over again.

Just her general extremely safe laning phase, way safer then most assassins, because you can at least trade with Zed during the laning phase, and her un-catchability make her really overpowered. In my opinion she needs some cooldown nerfs, badly.

Riot dont know how to nerf.

Problem with LB is that she has no counter, she jumps on you, packs tons of damage and just jumps away and you can do shit about it.

Cant be ganked, jukes you 10 times, jumps through walls, invisibility from passive, Zhonya, slow with root and that retarded damage.

How something like Brand can even compete with her, rofl.

While you may be exaggerating a tad, I agree that she might need a nerf, but not for that reason. Damage is damage. You can build against it, and there are ways to mitigate damage like shields and heals. Thus I don't think she should lose her damage. However, she has way too much mobility to reliably escape a situation after safely dishing out her damage that it is almost impossible to catch a decent player. Therefore I think she could use a nerf to the speed of her dash, as she would retain her mobility while opening up at least a small window of opportunity for counterplay. If she is still dominant she could use a cooldown nerf on her ultimate or something of that sort, but I don't believe damage nerfs are the way to go.

Her Q's base damage needs to be lower at early ranks. Keep the first hit's damage and scale the proc down to be in line with other abilities.

Rank 1 deals 110 base damage if you proc it. Which isn't exactly hard to do. And it only costs 50 mana.

I remember the days of release lb where she could 100-0 anyone short of a negatron cloak at lvl 6 for over 1000 dmg on a full combo with full ap runes

Yeah she already her silence taken out and damage nerfed here and there... I think she's alright where she is. Especially seeing how she's at a 15.19% popularity and 47.29% Win rate, she's really nothing special right now.

I really disagree that LeBlanc needs her damage nerfed. I'm not a mid expert by any means but the problem I see with LeBlanc is that she is hard to gank. She falls off really hard and I don't see a problem with some champions being strong early, and some scaling into hyper carries.
