I just had the worst time in game ive ever had in 5 years of this game

I was jungling shyvana and my masteries didn't save before the game apparently, so i had no masteries. My enemy team had riven, kat, lucian, braum, and jax. I literally couldn't even AUTOATTACK people if they didn't want me to. they would would jump away every single time. To add insult to injury my team flamed for not being able to gank anyone as they all lost their lanes. Oh and after the game of course i get a pop up saying NOW my masteries had apparently saved. they saved after the game. can you fix some of this bullshit riot?
