Volibear changes. What do?

[darius-angry]

Attack speed buff like originally intended? (meh) Mini knockback on E? (good start) Built -in tenacity/unstoppable on his q? (Blocks first movement impairing ability he's hit with OR increased movement speed towards low health enemy champs) <-- My suggestion W now executes champions under 98% health <-- also my suggestion <s>
