Juggernauts make this game unplayable.

The fact that juggernauts like garen, darius, mundo, and so on got past PBE in their current state a sign that riot devs might be developing brain tumors or alzheimers and not able to think straight anymore. Maybe they handed over controls to their children. Who knows. What I know, is that it's absolutely off the wall stupid that top lane tanks are now doing the most damage in the game and are unkillable. I just had the pleasure of playing against a 4.5k HP garen that did more damage than a 15/3 varus, and had 450 MS base, over 500 with his Q. I was using XIn with movement speed runes, furor, and I still coudlnt catch him while he was slowed 35%. Tanks used to have a certain role: take the damage for your team, be the frontline, and peel for the damage dealing carries. NOW, tanks are the damage dealing carries, and are the front line at the same time. They don't have 1 certain job on the team, they do literally every job for the team. When ur against a garen that has the most movement speed, damage, and tank in the game, there is absolutely no counterplay to it. there is no counterplay to someone with 5k hp that can kill anyone trying to peel, or just walk by them not being damaged and 2 hit the carry. This high dps tank meta has ruined the game. Season 5 was impecably balanced, now look at what you have done.
