Her ability to cast high damage spells non stop and heal from all that ridiculous damage is what makes her unfair. If players actually had to stop and think about when to go in and burst stuff down instead of just doing it all game, it would balance her quite fast

Cept if they gave her mana, it would be viable for her to build Tri Force.

meanwhile, riven is only about as dangerous as a katarina who doesnt have ult.
