Yeah, they never said it was high elo only.... People aren't lying when we say Gold has 10+Min queues at peak hours.. It's even happening in silver.... considering it's not peak atm, .. :\ Seasons 2-5: Appointment/work = Don't play if it's an hour and 20 mins away... Season 6: Don't play if it's 2 hours away.... also grab a snack, do laundry, watch Netflix in queue.

Edit: I don't know if it's any better over there in EUW, but it's getting unbearable over here in NA unless you're with a group or unless you're a support...

peak hours have very little to do with queue times, if you are playing in gold. 10 min of queue times simply mean, there are 10 mid-lane players queuing up, for every 7 support players.

Because nobody puts support as secondary anymore, since they got tired of always getting it. Now fewer games have someone to fill the support spot. If there's 100 games waiting for a support already in queue, next 100 lucky contestants will get autofilled into support to fill those games up.
