Is elise still viable?

I stopped playing jungle so frequently, so i havent had much of a chance to play elise. Seeing her win rate at 34 and overall at 36, i have to question if she lost her luster, this isnt implying she needs buffs She just doesnt seem as good as she used to be, thoughts?

She's not as good as she once was. She's just kinda okay now.

Really anything is viable if you are good enough, but she isn't reliable. AP junglers have taken a hit, especially Elise because she does not do well with aoe camps like Krugs and Chickens.
