More creative boot upgrades?
for almost all the third tier boots for the most part result in the same thing, faster movement speed, the only difference is how you are getting it.

Boots enchantments don't give you anything else but movement speed in various ways. Boots (above
) with no upgrades are what gives you stats outside of things that proc movement speed.
Although, it would be sexy if there were different enchants you could go for.

The majority of the time it is Green buff or Red buff, very few reasons to go any other buff.
