Move the Certain Death passive from his E to his Q
Honestly I don't even understand why it isn't on there to begin with. Your E doesn't proc crits or the execute mechanic in any way at all. Your Qs and your autos are the ones that proc it, why is the passive only there if you level his E?

Then it wouldn't apply to his autos anymore
Anonagon1 votesI would not like this, for one reason really - it makes his already strong level 1-2 much, much stronger. Laning against Panth is already very very cheesy, and his jungle clear doesn't exactly need buffs...
