the other 3 just benefit from absolutely cancerous item builds introduced by riot , all around horrible itemization for mages in general.

not to mention the stupid juggernaut items getting abused too.

please riot, step away from % health damage for a bit and just figure out how to make good items that aren't cancerously oppresive
