Lux R Buff

Her ult I'm pretty sure has the lowest ult cooldown in the game excluding ults with resets and you're letting her decrease that cooldown even more? For what purpose? A 50 second base cooldown timer with no items isn't low enough? By the time she gets it to rank 3 she'll have built some CDR so it'll be less than 50 seconds.

Here I got a game idea since it seems like we're just throwing stuff around.

Lets do this with Ziggs and Draven and Jinx and Ezreal and anyone with an ult that's long ranged.

Let's also take the area marker off Zigg's ult and replace it with a tiny red dot in the center, just like how Lux's ult gives you a thin red line. That way, you also have to estimate how wide his ult will be every single time and hope you're out of it and won't get caught by that 1 pixel. If he has a fancy skin with flashy effects it'll make it even harder. kappa
