Why is allowed Annie out range most marksmen?
Her Q is already a super efficient farming ability and she has more burst in just her RW combo than most other champions in the game have with their full kit combos. Not to mention her stun which she can hold indefinitely. And she is great with tankier mage items like 
because of her massive base damage and high AP scaling abilities (+80% AP on her Q is massive given its 4 second CD at all levels with 0%CDR).
So with all of this, why does she also have a basic attack range of 575?
