cmon on riot, get serious

So i was playing sion the other day and i noticed that in his suggested build was and not . this made me mad since it makes no sense. The two items have exactly the same stats but the passives are different. is only adding an extra shield which can be usefull but really not that big of a deal, however adds 10% cdr which for sion is perfect since his ult is very useful to him and he needs the cdr. Also the spirit visage boosts lifesteal and self healing which works great for his passive. So i thing that riot made a mistake there.

Another thing is that the new item Luden's echo works amazing with most mages, it's also amazing on kennen amd it should be in their suggested items, but it's not.

There are more similar occasions where this happens so i wanna tell riot to please put some time in reorganising their suggested item sets to match each champion better.
