Can we make it so players don't go against players that are in their clubs?

I just had a 0/9 ryze who was walking under their turret to give their club member a free win, like how is that fair? To anybody. This is literally what I hate about this game, it's really, who gets the troll, and who gets the free W. That's all it has been since s6 or even before that.

There's likely going to be some really bad implications that would happen if Riot makes that change. Players would make clubs just to not face against certain people or prevent risks of popular one tricks from being stolen from you. It would probably make high elo really bad.
