Why is Camille so strong?
Is it her ult, her Q, her passive, or her E? I get the ult is pretty powerful in utility, and her E makes her pretty mobile in not on CD, but are those the only reasons?
I have played a few games on her (albeit in normals since I cant ever in ranked queue due to her being perma-banned), and while she seems like she can be strong, she also does not feel too overpowered. Her early game is pretty poor since she has no wave clear and only 2 damaging abilities for attacking minions. Her trading is alright from her passive and small stun, but usually the opponent can return a decent amount back too.
So what makes her so powerful that she is 100% pick/ban? I get that high elo may be worse than lower in player's skill levels with her, but idk.
to increase the true dmg on Q by 200%, (which Q only cost 25 mana at ALL RANKS) but then add max health % dmg and a heal on W, then E (50 mana at ALL RANKS) which grants a large attack speed buff on impact against champions, then more max health % dmg in the form of magic dmg from R, ult.
Though she has a lot going for her, i think only increasing her Q and E mana cost, then increase the max cooldown on E (not early game but for late game), and make her true dmg Q not be able to use sheen, and then Camille would be quite a bit more balanced
