Twin Shadow's and New AP Item's
I'm really late on this but since this new patch is coming out pretty soon i thought i'd bring it up again.
I do have 1 complaint with 1 item but i'll get into that later.
Now on to Twin Shadow's.
So why is this a support item?
2400 Gold 80 AP 10% CDR 6% Movement Speed
Active: Summons up to 2 invulnerable ghosts that seek out the 2 nearest enemy champions for 6 seconds. If a ghost reaches its target, it reveals the target and reduces their movement speed by 40% for 2.5 seconds. If a ghost cannot find a target, it tries to return to the caster. Ghosts that successfully return in this way reduce the item's cooldown by 40 seconds (120 second cooldown).
This is everything an assassin would want, it gives CDR, Movement Speed and a nice chunk of AP with an amazing Active. It's also incredibly cheap and i just don't understand how this could be considered an AP support item lol Like, just increase it's price and accept that it's an amazing AP Assassin item.
I main evelynn so the build i'm thinking about is this with the new items.
, Twin Shadow's(Possibly even a first buy), New Morello's and
(Personal Preference)
(Banshee's and/or Zhonya's if needed Can't forget Protobelt or Gunblade, Death Cap if i'm feeling cheeky, like there are so many more options but this will probably be my base build because it gives SOOOO much damage and catch potential.)
Now on to the one item i don't like out of this.
SpellBinder
2800 gold
100 AP 10% CDR
Passive: Nearby enemy and Allied Spellcasts charge Spellbinder (up to a Max of 100) Active: Gain a maximum(based on charges) of 30% decaying movement speed and 100 AP.
The issue i have is that this seems pretty pointless on Intended user's....you have to be teamfighting constantly to use this item, what's the effective range, what counts as "Nearby" to gain stacks? Why does it have to require so many? 100 Spellcasts is sooooooooooo much it'll take atleast 3 minutes of standing next to everyone on both teams to get this charged and that to me makes this a pointless item.
The only other problem i have is that i want one of the AP Item's intended for Assassins (such as Lich Bane) to gain some Penetration, that way were not forced to build Sorc Shoes to gain enough penetration anymore and can instead invest in Lich Bane, knowing that lich bane would be more effective(Currently it kind of sucks to sit on those three items that build into it.)
