You do not have to chase everyone you see appear on the map. The time it took you to run from Baron river to bot lane just to go after 1 champ, you could of pushed mid or top. Let someone closer go hold them off.
Again, you dont have to kill the enemy every time. Stop trying to dive low health and dieing necessarily. Making the enemy have to back is just as good as a kill.....u will get cs gold and tower damage and xp while they are getting nothing.

Oh believe me i know lo...not all but there are some. 2 times since DQ release i ended up on a team of a premade group of smurfs on bronze accounts that would do good in the game (im talking like going 30-0 lee sin) and then just sit at the fountain and let other team push to win so that they dont rank up their smurf accounts. They all had the same clan tag which basically stood for Bronze 5...........ive learned to dodge it now when i see it in champ select....rather lose 3 than a guaranteed 18 or 20.

Your points are quite valid and far too ignored.

I will add that grouping mid does not always work. Just because you can't group doesn't mean the game is lost. Know when to group, when to split, and when to backdoor.

Also, do not overstay your welcome. Just because you can get a turret doesn't mean you should, especially when it loses you half your base, if not worse.
