How? How on earth are you gonna make it better? You have the entire match making system completely out of balance cause of the elo boosting going on, premades usually have better coordination than solo Q players matched with other solo Q players, and the likely chances of premades having a toxic player or AFK is less than that of solo Q.

What exactly is the plan to make solo vs premade better?

Making the chances of a full team of solo players going against an entire team of premades even lower then it already is (which is pretty damn low)

They can work on more evenly matching the premades to one another. They can also make a larger attempt to educate people on how the queue actually works, so they don't make up their minds over incorrect assumptions.
