I feel like the AP item changes will change the meta

With the AP item changes, I feel as though the tank meta will quickly change as items like item 3151 and the champions who make good use of them become much stronger. I think it will move to a mage meta with champs like Rumble Vladimir Cassiopeia taking over mid and top.

Thoughts?

Well with both AAA buffs and RoA buffs, Riot is essentially trying to make Cassiopeia cancer again. GG.
