Been gold in two previous seasons and now I can't get out of Silver (Want advice)

Can someone give me any advice IDK whats going wrong. I have some bad games here and there but for the most part Im going positive and getting drags and rift heralds, warding up and buying pinks and all that stuff.

But it just seems like every game i get one or two dudes that won't stop getting caught or refuse to group, or I'll get some mega-feeding bot lane that just ruins the entire game before it has a chance to even go anywhere.

This is the first season I've felt legitimately stuck and I don't know what I'm doing wrong
