This might be an unpopular opinion...

...but I think Ryze's BE price needs to go UP.....to at least 3150 (I'd actually prefer 4800, but that might be pushing it).

Why? Well, he is 1 of 13 champs that cost 450 BE. The other 12 are:

Arguably some of the easiest champions to play in the game, right?

So why is Ryze, one of the most difficult champions in the game, at the lowest price tier? If a new player finds Ryze, and thinks "Hey, this guy looks pretty damn cool! I can teleport my whole team?!? And he only costs 450! Awesome!", they spend their minimal BE that should be used on other champs on a champ that they will play once, figure out just how difficult he is to play because they got absolutely destroyed in game, and likely never touch him again.

This is why his price needs to go up. It will dissuade new players from buying him until they have more experience and more BE under their belt. Not to mention that the 3150 price tier has some of the most unique champions in the game in it's lineup. He'll fit right in.
