with a seperated cooldown

my question is: WHY DIDN'T YOU DO THIS TO

it's been a lot of years that i saw multiple people asking riot to seperate the cooldown of gate/the jump of paranoia.

let me explain to you why. Sometimes you want to use destiny to just reveal an invisible champ to help your mate. Sometimes you just want to use paranoi to save your mate by reducing the enemy vision. but you don't why?

cause if you do this, then you won't be able to gank with tf/nocturne for 3 minutes. So please just give them the leblanc treatment:

-first part of the ulti cooldown: 60/50/40 second part of the ulti cooldown: 180/150/120 you can't use the second part of the ulti without the first part

While i totally inderstand where you are comming from, this would be a really substantial buff for whos two. Big GLOBAL Utillity on a fairly low CD is a massive thing. Just haveing their first parts on that cd without the mobillity at all would probably break them(tisted would probably become a support though) Atleast in high elos, the power gained from lowish cd on global utillity would have to come at the cost of butchering the rest of their kits.

Twisted could get dips on the entire opposing team every 24sec at lategame. Who needs wards if he can eveal the entire map every single wave? And nocturn could just make all the opposing wards usless, concealing his teams movements every 24min for 8sec, which is enough to burn down a baron at late or path from mid to a sidelane(or the other way around)

Since they have separated cds, wouldn't they be able to activate the first part even if the second is on cooldown? (I dont get the "you can't use the second part of the ulti without the first part" point)

that's the whole point of this change, to make them able to use destiny/paranoia black map, even if the teleport/jump is on cooldown, and make them able to use teleport/jump 60 seconds later if they don't use it during destiny/paranoia

i may be wrong, but i think leblanc can't use her clone without mimick being off cooldown.

I am pretty sure that Nocturne's ult and TF's ult have the paranoia/destiny as an alert for its activation. Otherwise the jumps will be almost without any heads up HEAVILY reducing the amount of counter-play for their ults more so nocturne than TF.

you can fixe that just by making 2 kind of alert

take nocturne as an example: -make the map red if his jump isn't ready -make the map blue if his jump is ready

so you know if he can dash or not.

Meaning as TF you couldn't teleport without using the first part that grants vision.
