I know its currently as intended...and that olaf is in a good place right now, but I feel sad that one of the champs I am quite irritated with because of all his unneeded buffs (nasus) can kill a big part of olaf's kit (AS on W + cdr on E from autos). Was hoping to counter him this way.

The question is why Attack Speed slows aren't applied to Master Yi, but are applied to Olaf during his ultimate despite him being immune to all CC.

Yi cannot be slowed AND his attack speed cannot be slowed during his ult. Wither = 100% useless on him, FH passive too.
But olaf only shrugs off the slow on wither, his AS is still lowered. Its also still lowered by FH.

I'm not complaining or saying it shouldn't be like this, I know its probably working as intended. But i'm saying I wish olaf was immune to AS slows during his ult as well, would make him a viable counter to nasus who is way too strong right now in my opinion.
Had an AP jungle nasus the other day with 32 cs doing 1/3rd my health on a single Q on my jungle jax. That champ is shit overtuned with the stacking mechanics and especially all the changes to his ult (old ult was just health and AoE magic damage - now he gets bonus range, armor AND mr (which gradually increases over the ult duration) AND 50% CDR on q. the champ is overbuffed to shit and even if im not laning against him hes impossible to deal with in most cases.
His 12% ls at level 1 passive + current rune system with revitalize + dorans shield means you cant really poke him out of lane any longer - hes no longer 'weak' early. Stacking mechanics means that by 40 cs his Q is doing high damage already.

wolvius1 votesOlaf doesn't need attack speed immunity he's fine as is (since conqueror rework people actually been calling him op), just because a champ is broken (don't have to be OP to be broken) doesnt mean you should break another one. This is why the game feels so bad riot keeps powercreeping schist (Nasus) to deal with champions they've overbuffed instead of nerfing the OP problematic ones.
Attack speed slows are a fair counter to Olaf as you can't normally run away from him when he ults nor can you knock him away/CC him. He would be outright oppressive if you couldn't itemise into some way to counter Ragnarok.

heroikc1 votesEither yes because AS slows are also CC in some sense, or no since Olaf's ult is an opposite extreme to Yi (CC immunity with damage boost vs slow immunity and speed boosts)
