So, I do well most games, but my team likes to feed 20-30 kills or more.

What champs can win in a situation like that? Where you are legitimately without a competent team, and are against an entirely fed enemy team.

That's the exact OPPOSITE of what you want to do, Yi is shit in general but ESPECIALLY when behind.

Wtf are you going to do? Go into a fed enemy team and magically penta kill without getting CCed or popped once?

I think Orianna has the potential to do it when ahead enough. I remember winning a 2v5 teamfight with her by letting the other guy soak damage. One good ulti with her when ahead enough could give you what you need to wipe an entire team off the map by yourself.

You can try pull of a splitpusher like nasus, fiora , jax, master yi , camille anyone thats good at scrapping and creating chaos in the side lanes. Also if your into midlane, than Anivia is basically what your looking for, she is really safe, hits like truck damage wise, and can stall games long enough for shitters to catch up on items.

Playing Warwick could be good for bad teammates because he is very good at snowballing lanes. You can apply pressure all over the map, and if you must you can steal kills. You do need your team to at least follow up if you ult in on a team fight, but besides that, if you are decently fed you are almost able to 1v1 anyone you catch out of position.
