How is this a successful rework? This isn't fun to play against, its not FUN to watch her blink 4x in half a second. Its not FUN to watch her 2v5, its not FUN at all to play vs katarina. There is less counter play than before. AT least before you could stun her during ult, now she doesn't even need it. Sure Talon cant have his blink anymore, but Kat can do it nonfucking stop.

Are1 votesShe lost a lot of damage on command. She can't just Q > E > W for 2/3rd your HP in an instant anymore. Most of the damage went into her passive. The preparation she needs to go through takes time now, so she can no longer instagibb someone unless she's severely ahead.
Speaking of preparation, she has to position and plan things out much better because of how bouncing blades lands and how Shunpo repositions her now. She takes a lot more skill to execute well.
Tier 2 boots on a ranged or tier 1 boots on a melee will allow you to dodge her passive AoE
If you play her for a few games against competent people, you'll understand that she's become difficult to play, and what her weaknesses are.
