It is a really good passive and takes skill to use it effectively, my one issue is that Riot removed the one thing that can really counter her passive for melee champions. The old Randuuin's Omen would've been such a good buy against her and that hip hoppity passive. Randuins was so nice. :(
kDrakari1 votesI don't think her passive scales directly with move speed, the remaining part that slows down attack speed is actually more useful... At least, assuming that Kalista players can manage to get her passive to work at high attack speeds in the first place, it looks a lot more picky about the timing than you'd think.

you would lower kalista's mobility by reducing her attack speed so she can't hop as often, yeah? so the current randuins is just fine for that.
