Yeah, I mean, 60 ping isn't bad. 30 ping is amazing, 60 ping is pretty good. My old average was 120, I wonder what my new will be... I live in Georgia, so I guess that's gonna place me around 70?

Exactly. You've got ">50" in the Chicago area and ">50" in the West Coast.

Sadly I'm part of the "Lol" area. And I'm probably going to be royally screwed. Especially since Alaska has the worst rated internet speeds in America.

On your keyboard hold the windows key and r at the same time. That should open a window that says run.
From there type cmd into that window if it already isn't there.
Enter that. It should open a black window.
In the black window type ping 104.160.131.1 Or type ping 104.160.131.1 -t

The second one will show you a constant stream of pings. To end the pings hold ctrl and press c.

Here is an example of what the results will look like.

Ping statistics for 104.160.131.1: Packets: Sent = 41, Received = 41, Lost = 0 (0% loss), Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds: Minimum = 30ms, Maximum = 58ms, Average = 39ms

I got the new server while they were testing it, I played LB and had 15 ping and it was so smooth and quick, I went 21/2/12. I'm in love.

104.160.131.1 is chicago? What is 104.160.131.3 then? I thought that was a server as well? Or is that the live servers? Or is that nothing... lol I get 39 on average to the 104.160.131.1 I get 103 on average to 104.160.131.3
