Why do we get punished at champ select for trolls?

This happens more often than not. Just last game, we have all of our lanes picked, we have a troll that has last pick and the first thing he says "Im going to feed lane". We already have a jungler picked, and when it gets to him, he picks Lee Sin jung. Now we are being punished because one of us has to dodge and wait, while he gets a free ticket to queue up for another game.

Riot, please allow us to vote and kick people from the champ selection screen. This enables us to kick toxic players, or players we just played a game with recently that we didn't get along with (assuming the rest of the team agrees).

i see your point but at the same time anyone who tries to play something slighty outside the meta would run into getting booted. For example i play zyra mid a lot. She is typically seen as just a support now days and i get raged at hard somtimes before the match even starts for taking her mid. I think she is just fine mid and they tend to change tune after i get rolling. That situation with your plan however could result in me never getting a game with her

This idea sounds solid. Hopefully, more people like me would let you play Zyra mid. I would kick the trolls, like stated above or the one game where we where forced to have a Garen adc.

I dont think that will be such a big deal. It has to be a 4/1 vote like surrender. As long as people are not trying to use Trundle or Bard mid I don't see much of a problem.

have you met this community lol. We have a lot of emotional no nonsense players. Anything remotely outside the meta runs risk of rage. I j ust fear it would be abused. What about ranked? you go through picks and bans and then you boot somebody? what happens to the team who tried to counter pick who you booted? restart picks and bans till a comp is agreeable?
