Shen Shen Shen Shen

They're giving Shen the ability to have allies dodge attacks for twice as long as it takes Xin to Q.

There is no problem if you just pick correctly.

Edit: Clarification.

  1. Shen also has a Taunt, which will completely nullify Xin's burst if he uses it along with the dodge on himself.
  2. The placement of the sword for the dodge will be Shen's job. He shouldn't just expect the ally to be in its range when he didn't make an effort to put the sword on them.
  3. Xin cannot ult his auto attack target out of the field. His ult specifically doesn't work on his marked target.

There.

As long as they stand in a 200 radius area altogether. That will like never happen. Also, it is 1.75 seconds long, and meanwhile he can just switch to the one guy who took a second to realize that Shen just casted his W.

  1. Xin cannot Q more than one opponent with all three attacks.
  2. Having the sword in the right place will be the job of Shen.
  3. I forgot to mention Shen can also FORCE Xin to attack him instead of the intended target.

RE: "Graves is broken and 1 shots people with Q"

Yasuo Yasuo Yasuo Yasuo

They gave Yasuo the ability to block all of Graves' burst for his allies.

The solution to that would be using your dash or brain to move before the Q finishes its cast animation. Seen too many people sidestep inside of its T.

the response to your first point, shens dodge ability is completely unable to be self cast, it activates when an ally is in range, and as far as I can tell depending on the skill of xin, there wouldn't be much besides oh missed a q oh well just blast him down in 5 seconds anyway :)

Shen and his nearby allies

You're wrong.

Shen’s spirit blade creates a protective barrier that allows Shen and his nearby allies to dodge all basic attacks for a few seconds. The ability triggers when there are allied champions in the zone - if there are no allies are in the zone, it waits to start until one gets close enough.

Sorry bud, but you're factually incorrect. Shen doesn't need an ally to cast his W. I've used it myself in a custom game without any allied champions in the game, much less nearby.

"Ally" means "champion on your team." Including yourself. Play him and see. Or maybe even look at the Spotlight and watch them showcase how you're supposed to use it to dodge jungle camps.

As helpful as %damage is against Xin, Shen's less tanky than he was, And Xin has an ult. He'll murder this new Shen.

The Ecdysiast1 votes

It's not for 1v1. It's to get him off of allies.

How is % damage gonna do that against someone healing 70 health per swing, depending on the clock?

The Ecdysiast1 votes

I didn't mention the damage at all. I also meant "picking Shen" when I said, "it," in that last post. The dodge and the taunt. Nothing about the HP% damage.
