Something that happened to dyrus on stream just now that always happens to me

"I dont want to do any of this right now. This is really bad. We are throwing back and forth when I have a really huge advantage".

This is what happens in a lot of my games. Its like a bunch of crazy shit is happening for no reason and none of it can possibly benefit our team. TBH. I have no idea why it happens or what my teammates do that are causing it or how to stop it, but the game wont calm down long enough for me to do something useful to stabilize things.

Maybe its like my team feels the situation is desparate times. While my team does a bunch of desperation tactics that require my aid to keep the game from ending, my advantage slowly bleeds away as I carry/mitigate my teams mistakes until its late game. Then i finally crack and one small mistake on my part decides the game.

"I dont want to do this. Let me out of here". Feels bad man.

Yeah, it's very prevalent in games where you get a good lead. Be sure to keep people from doing stupid things like pushing too far out without proper ward coverage, trying to take objectives solo, and trying to take 2nd tier/Inhib towers without vision of atleast 4 of the other team. Atleast that's where most of the throwing comes from in my experience.

How to stop them lol? I do my best as an adc. I can just go running off to save someone. I cant really ward the entire map either bc I dont get blue trink until much later than a solo laner.

Not saying that you should exclusively. League is a team game, most you can do is remind them of little things like that. As you've said earlier, you just have to accept some people will make game-altering mistakes like that. It's not your fault.

Could I possibly do better by accepting that my team will just make those mistakes, and sometimes it will cost me the game? Like I should stop trying to avert those serial mini disasters and just hope it works out for them?

It seems like when i go try to avert the disaster, it just happens again as soon as the enemy team respawns and maybe because of the order everyone died, the enemy team respawns at a numbers advantage that gives them temporary map control. Does anyone know what i mean by this?

Should I consider death timers before I try to save ppl?

Its usually like, one person gets caught out and dies to produce a 4v3 or something. Things are looking bad because I know blitz will wind up providing "contra-engage" by pulling renekton into our carries next, so I do what I can. The result of which is that I die, and no one useful is alive on my team to babysit the fizz as he is the first person on our team to respawn.

He then immediately does something that involves us in a very stupid situation. Our entire team is then forced to re-spawn and immediately go into that disadvantageous situation fizz created to do dmg control. It tilts me because whoever is making the bad decisions in the first place could easily just realize this and stop, but fucking bronze you know?

We slowly bleed out that way. Over the course of 5 never ending deathmatches, my laning advantage just goes away. Is this what is happening to me? Is this why shen is working so well for me? Bc I actually know how to stop this with shen? By using his ulti on the lemming?

How to stop this with an adc? Plz explain.

Two things, maybe three.

Most importantly have a good gauge of when you can 'make a difference' and save someone or turn the fight around. If someone makes a retarded play then throwing yourself pointlessly into the blender will only further screw your team over, where as sometimes if you just turn and walk away the remainder of your team can effectively defend without that person.

Secondly, call people on their bullshit. This is pretty contextual, if it's someone's first death to something silly don't be a dick or ride them - you may not even want to mention it. But when you have a Lucian adc who hasn't shown up for a single team fight because he's too busy farming the jungle or split-pushing (and dying continually to the enemy assassin when he does so), call him on his shit. Don't tell him to go get sodomized or kill himself. Just tell him he's playing like shit and throwing the game, and the entire team would appreciate it if he'd group. Despite all the posts about "Can't even correct people who are playing badly" on the forum I have good success with bluntly calling people, but not out-right attacking them.

Lastly, but certainly not least, know that both teams do this and how to turn it to your advantage. If you're farming bot lane with full vision and you see some dumbass getting gang-banged top.. Odds are you're safe to push a tower and take it. Like-wise your enemy is just as likely to make silly errors when ahead, so watch for easy pickings you can use to turn the game around.
